See Our Services
Locations throughout the greater Knoxville area ensure that East Tennessee Spine and Sport is the best choice for outpatient therapy.
See our LocationsOur methods emphasize active strengthening programs that are customized to the specific needs of each individual, with less focus on passive methods.
We are proud to offer a wide range of comprehensive services to meet the needs of adults, seniors, and pediatric patients. Our team of professional caregivers specialize in providing personalized medical care, rehabilitative therapy and companion assistance.

MDT is an internationally acclaimed method of assessment and treatment for spinal and extremity pain. It is also known as The McKenzie Method.

The MedX program and machines are specially designed to provide the most effective means of isolating, safely testing, and directly strengthening the muscles in the low back and neck.
Pelvic HealthPelvic health plays an important role in complete physical, mental, social, and sexual well-being. We strive for our patients to have the best management of these aspects.

Also known as trigger point dry needling, it is a procedure that treats chronic connective tissue pain and an alternative medicine technique similar to acupuncture.

The AlterG is used with patients looking to gain mobility, strength, and natural movement/fitness, while also minimizing stress on the body or on injury.

Kinesiotaping is designed to alter movement patterns while absorbing load and re-injecting that energy back into movement, all without limiting range of motion.

A program designed to raise participants' fall prevention knowledge and increase their balance through a variety of training techniques.

We provide ergonomic evaluations and assessments to help limit the risk of injury to workers and make it easier for people to do their jobs.

Using evidence-based practice for over 30 years, we transition patients from acute status/passive care into unique customized core and general conditioning programs. These functional back, neck and extremity rehabilitation programs facilitate the patient to return to their daily and recreational activities.
