Micah Reppuhn
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Micah has been an integral part of the Spine & Sport team since 2014, beginning his journey with the clinic as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). He earned his bachelorâs degree from East Tennessee State University before graduating with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in 2020.
As a dedicated spine specialist, Micah holds a specialty certification through the prestigious McKenzie Institute, focusing on the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) approach to deliver highly effective, individualized patient care.
In addition to his clinical work, Micah is a proven leader within the organization. He has served as the Clinic Director for the Bearden clinic since 2022 and successfully assisted with the launch of the South Knoxville location in 2025.
When he isnât helping patients or leading his clinical teams, Micah loves living an active lifestyle outdoors and spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their three children, Jackson, Cooper, and Lila. On crisp fall Saturdays, you can always find him cheering on the Vols.

Kayla Beets
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Kayla is a graduate of Maryville College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College. Falling in love with the pelvic health patient population during an extensive clinical internship, Kayla most enjoys helping new moms return to their active lifestyles.
She is a passionate lifelong learner and is excited to pursue her certifications in pelvic health and McKenzie Manual Therapy. Kayla also takes a holistic approach with her patients by not merely treating the title of their diagnosis, but rather treating the person as a whole by using exercise, manual therapy, and healthy lifestyle techniques. Kayla was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. When not in the clinic, Kayla can be found in the mountains rock climbing and camping with her husband, dog, and friends.

Kristine Mongan
Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Kristine obtained her BS in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2007 and her DPT from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, in 2015.
She began her career as a travel/contract PT, exploring multiple settings and gaining experience before landing here in Knoxville. She enjoys treating a variety of diagnoses, believing treatment should focus on the whole person, not just the injury.
Kristine is a certified McKenzie therapist and uses this training to educate patients on how to independently manage pain and meet functional goals. She also enjoys educating rising PT students and has taken a leadership role as clinical coordinator for student placement throughout East Tennessee Spine & Sport.
Outside the clinic, Kristine enjoys dancing, yoga, hiking, camping, skiing, music, and, most importantly, spending time with her husband and children.

Ian McKinley
Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Ian graduated from ETSU in 2017 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has worked in the greater Knoxville area since and joined the Spine and Sport team in 2019. Ian has several years of outpatient physical therapy experience and looks forward to continuing to pursue further experience with McKenzie Certifications.
When not in the clinic he enjoys hiking with his wife and his dog, enjoying trying local craft beer, and practicing brazilian jiu jitsu.

Patrick Blake
Physical Therapist
Patrick graduated from Carter High School in 2014, Carson-Newman University in 2018 with bachelorâs degree in exercise science then furthered his education at Marshall University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2022. Patrickâs first job was a physical therapist technician for 4 years at a local clinic (which inspired him to further his education into PT school) followed by an exercise physiologist at UT Medical center prior to starting physical therapy school. He is and has always been local to the Knoxville community and is looking forward to serving it with knowledge and skills obtained through experience and education. His hobbies include spending time with family and cheering on the Tennessee Vols Football and basketball teams. Patrick is excited to join the ETSS team and make an impact in the community.

Pri Parmar
Physical Therapist, LSVT BIG Certified Therapist
Priyanka is a Knoxville native who attended Bearden High School and graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2014 with a B.S.Ed. in Kinesiology and Psychology.
She went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Belmont University in 2017. She further pursued her training through the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2018 and became a Board-Certified Neurologic Physical Therapist. She is passionate about treating patients with neurologic, orthopedic and vestibular conditions because she enjoys helping her patients become more independent, improve their quality of life and reach their functional goals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, long walks, drawing and spending time with her family. Certified in LSVT BIG, she brings specialized, high-impact therapy to individuals living with Parkinsonâs disease.

Grant Duke
Physical Therapist
Grant is a Knoxville native who graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2024 with a bachelorâs degree in Kinesiology and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in 2026.
Grant enjoys working with patients of all backgrounds, helping them restore function, move without pain, and get back to doing what they love.

Vee Burden
Physical Therapist Assistant
Vee is a graduate of South College of Knoxville and became a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2018. Her interest for Physical Therapy began at a young age and she was encouraged and inspired by her Aunt (PT) who shares the same passion for Physical Therapy. Vee is excited to join the ETSS Pelvic Health team. She looks forward to a great experience and the opportunity to grow as a therapist. When she is not working, she enjoys being on Norris Lake and spending time with family and friends!

Lindsey Bailey
Physical Therapist Assistant
Lindsey is a Knoxville native who graduated from Roane State as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2020. Her interest in rehabilitation and wellness began at a young age when a PT shared their love for the career with her. Lindsey is grateful for the opportunity to work in a profession where she can help improve othersâ lives.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Chris Yarrobino
Physical Therapist Assistant
Chris obtained his PTA degree from Norwalk Community college in Connecticut in 2019. He joined East Tennessee Spine & Sport in July of 2021 with 5 years of overall clinical experience, where he was able to work with patients of all ages and activity levels.
Chris played ice hockey and baseball growing up and found himself as a patient in Physical Therapy, which is where he got a desire to become a PTA. Having a variety of positions in a Physical Therapy setting has enabled him to help patients recover from injuries with multiple perspectives. Chris is originally from New York and recently moved to Knoxville in March of 2021 with his wife, Bethany.
He enjoys watching sports, working out, grilling, playing golf and hockey as well as hanging out with his family. Chris is excited to be in Tennessee and to be a part of East Tennessee Spine and Sport.

Alyssa Lubben
Physical Therapist Assistant
Alyssa is a West Coast transplant. She was born and raised in Tucson, AZ graduating from Cienega High School in 2016.
She found her love for physical therapy during high school. As a multi-sport athlete she found herself in the patient role, crediting her physical therapist at the time for inspiring her passion. Prior to becoming a PTA she was a bar and restaurant manager for nearly a decade. She completed her education at American Career College in Ontario, California and received her PTA license in 2025. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, hiking with her dog, trying new restaurants, and playing volleyball, soccer, or basketball. She is excited to be a part of the ETSS team and learn all about the new city she calls home.

Ryan Johnson
Physical Therapist Assistant
Ryan is a transplant originally from northern Minnesota. He spent nearly a decade practicing massage therapy before pivoting career paths and graduating as a PTA from Roane State in 2025. Ryan is passionate about treating orthopedic injuries and helping patients return to a higher level of functioning. His time as a massage therapist gave him a better understanding of physical therapy and the recovery process.
Ryan grew up in north-central Minnesota and avidly loves the outdoors. Since moving to Knoxville in 2021, Ryan and his wife have taken full advantage of hiking the trails and vistas the surrounding areas offer.

Graeme Keys
Physical Therapist, McKenzie Diplomaed · Clinic Director
Graeme Keys graduated from the University of Ulster at Jordanstown, Northern Ireland in Physiotherapy in 1995. After working for 2 years in the UK health system he immigrated to the USA in 1997. He settled in Knoxville, TN in 2000 to work at a Spine Center of Excellence as the Director of Physiotherapy, working with Spine surgeons and Injection trained Physiatrists in the conservative and post-surgical management of spinal conditions. This became his area of special interest and extensive experience. He also worked at Results Physiotherapy in the Knoxville and surrounding areas as their Director of Clinical Education. Graeme joined ETSS in late 2016 and opened the Farragut clinic which is now the only Certified McKenzie Clinic in Knoxville.
Graeme is a Diplomate of the Postgraduate residency program of the McKenzie Institute International (Dip. MDT) He is also a Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP). In the last 6 years Graeme has been working on utilizing Diagnostic Ultrasound for Musculoskeletal conditions in the clinic and in 2025 became Registered in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (RMSK).
Graeme currently guest lectures at UTK in their Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner program on Musculoskeletal assessment, and also lectures to Physical Therapists state-wide on Integration of manual therapy approaches, post-operative management of spinal conditions and more recently adding Diagnostic Ultrasound for Physical Therapists.
Outside of work Graeme manages to stay busy enjoying his now young adult twins kids as they finish their studies in Knoxville. He also enjoys outdoor cooking be it on the green egg, flat top or pizza oven, while he also enjoys trying to visit each of the Distilleries on the Bourbon trail! Remaining free time is enjoyed playing with some local bands, "The Gnarly Goats" and also "Texas Tony and the Tornado Ramblersâ. Just donât get him started singing in the clinicâŠâŠâŠ.!

Hollie Hennessy
Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
An Oregon Native and graduate of Oregon State University with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science, Hollie spent several years in the golf industry and traveled for tournaments at the business-executive and professional level. She further pursued physical therapy at East Tennessee State University where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
After being exposed to the McKenzie method early in her career, Hollie continued her postgraduate training and became certified in 2013. Inspired by outcomes with the McKenzie method, she further pursued training in manual therapy and became a certified orthopedic manual therapist at the end of 2013. Hollie continues to seek additional postgraduate education opportunities in manual therapy, such has the Mulligan approach and advances in shoulder assessment and treatment methods. âI feel very fortunate my postgraduate education opportunities challenged me to understand and apply mechanical diagnosis and manual therapy techniques early in my career. What inspires me each day is the opportunity to listen while each patient tells their story, apply what I know and create a plan together that engages the patient to achieve their personal goals.â
Outside the office, Hollie has an interest in the culinary arts (but has not perfected the âSouthern Biscuitâ yet), music, and seeks to fill her first ever passport.

Whitney Lensgraf
Physical Therapist
A Farragut High School graduate, Whitney earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tennessee in 2008. She then gained interest in physical therapy after having the opportunity to work as a support staff member under Graeme Keys. She was accepted into physical therapy school and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University in December 2015.
Whitney settled into a position locally in Farragut where she worked for four years before joining the ETSS team in July 2020. She is excited to resume working with her mentors. Whitney is currently pursuing her post-doctorate McKenzie certification. She loves the variety of patients and conditions the profession of physical therapy has to offer. When Whitney is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and playing with their English Springer Spaniel, Auggie.

Jordan Bass
Physical Therapist Assistant
Jordan began her collegiate career with a business focus. After working in Human Resources for nearly 10 years, she discovered her desire to serve the community had shifted more towards health and fitness. Working as a support staff member in an Outpatient Therapy setting, she went on to graduate from South College with a B.S. in Pre-Physical Therapy and obtained her license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She brings with her an immense motivation to help her patients reach their goals and add value to their day-to-day life.

Dalton Davis
Physical Therapist Assistant
Originally from Knoxville, Dalton ventured North to Winona Lake, Indiana to attend Grace College and Theological Seminary and earned his B.A. in Biblical Studies. He continued thereafter to obtain his M.A, in Local Church Ministry. Post graduation, he began to find a new calling into the world of physical therapy led by his other main interest of physical wellness and fitness.
So in 2022 he returned home to Knoxville to pursue a career in
Physical therapy, graduating from the PTA program at Roane State.
Wanting to remain locally, he joined East TN Spine & Sport where he
felt he most would be able to impact his local community. Not only
does he enjoy working with the weekend athlete, but all patients who
find living their fullest life now difficult due to an orthopedic
injury.
When heâs not helping patients achieve their
goals, he enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym, going
on hikes with his dog Gideon, and participating in community theater
productions and the performing arts and even obtained a few small
roles in TV showsâŠ..watch out Broadway and Hollywood!

Riley Helterbridle
Physical Therapist Assistant
Riley grew up playing sports and has always enjoyed being active, which sparked her interest in physical therapy. Having experienced therapy as a patient herself, she became interested in the field and later joined East Tennessee Spine & Sport in support and front office roles. After working alongside the therapy team and getting to know patients, she returned to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant at Roane State. Following completion of her program, she was excited to return in her new role.
She enjoys building relationships with her patients and helping them get stronger, move better, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Angelina Harb
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist Assistant
Angelina is a graduate from South College-Asheville and has recently settled into Knoxville. She started out with her passion for bodybuilding and competing right after high school and then her father had to have extensive rehabilitation after a motorcycle accident and watching him go through therapy sparked her interest for PT and then soon after she completed her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Angelina is enthusiastic about Physical Therapy as well as health and fitness. She believes giving back 100% to those she treats, not only by her demeanor and interaction with them but also by making sure she is delivering the best, most evidence-based practice.

Enid Tate
Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Enid is an experienced physical therapist that has been with Spine & Sport for over 15 years. Graduating from Ohio University with Bachelorâs of Science in Physical Therapy, she worked in a variety of clinical settings prior to living to Tennessee in 1999.
During her time at Spine and Sport, she has specialized in treatment of neck and back pain. She is currently certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Certified).

Andrew Webb
Physical Therapist
Andrew received a bachelorâs degree in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Tennessee State University. Prior to moving back to Knoxville, Andrew completed a Sports Residency and fulfilled his field coverage requirements for residency at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Andrew holds board certification in Sports Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association. His passion is working with athletes at all levels of competition, particularly soccer athletes, where he can use his Diploma in Football Medicine through FIFA. He also holds a Performance Enhancement Specialization through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
When not in the clinic, Andrew enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife and son. He also enjoys playing video games and reading when he gets the time, as well as cheering on the Vols, no matter the sport!

Kinsey Anderson
Physical Therapist, LSVT BIG Certified
Kinsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Ethan Kitchens
Physical Therapist
Ethan earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he studied Kinesiology and Psychology. He later earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine, where he developed a passion for working with individuals who have neurological conditions, particularly those with vestibular and balance disorders. In his spare time, Ethan enjoys running, hiking, and camping with his wife and dog.

Greg Sills
Physical Therapist Assistant
Greg graduated from Ohio University in 1996 with a BS in Sports Science and obtained his PTA degree in 2003 from Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC. He joined East Tennessee Spine & Sport in 2017 with 14 years of clinical experience specializing in orthopedic/sports medicine specializing in treating shoulder and knee dysfunction. In 2012 Greg was awarded the American Physical Therapy Association PT/PTA Team of the Year award for clinical excellence.
Living in Charleston, SC for over 20 years provided Greg an opportunity to participate in many lowcountry activities like golfing, fishing and open water swimming. Greg has participated in over 10 open water races ranging up to 2.4 miles in length.
Greg relocated to Knoxville to be closer to his wifeâs (Melissa) family and raise their two children (Robbie & Zoe).

Hannah Kimbler
Physical Therapist Assistant
Hannah is a graduate from South College of Knoxville in 2020. She is from Athens, TN, but has lived in Knoxville since 2017. She played tennis in high school and later received physical therapy for a wrist injury. She has worked in outpatient care and is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Throughout her career, she has gained experience working with a diverse patient population, providing therapeutic exercises, functional mobility training, and patient education in a supportive and encouraging environment. In her free time she likes to travel and experience outdoors with her husband and watch her little daughter grow and learn.

Elijah Bourgeois
Physical Therapist Assistant
Elijah is originally from the small town of Venice, Louisiana. With a background in personal training and a CrossFit Level 1 certification, he has developed a strong passion for fitness, movement, and helping others reach their goals. He went on to attend physical therapist assistant (PTA) school in Omaha, Nebraska, further expanding his knowledge of health and human movement.
Outside of his professional interests, Elijah enjoys MMA training, football, and spending time outdoors hiking. His diverse background and passion for an active lifestyle continue to shape his approach to fitness and wellness.

Bethany Yarrobino
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist
Bethany earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University, where she was actively involved in the local running community and volunteered for the New York City Marathon. A former athlete herself, she played both basketball and softball, which inspired her passion for helping others stay active and recover from injury.
With many years of experience in the orthopedic physical therapy setting, Bethany is dedicated to treating patients of all ages and helping them return to the activities and goals that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, being actively involved in her church community, being outdoors, and baking.

Cameron Flanary
Physical Therapist
Cameron is a Knoxville native, graduating from Bearden High School in 2018. He attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where he graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Education with a focus in Kinesiology in 2022. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from East Tennessee State University in 2025.
Cameron enjoys attending sporting events and taking in all that East Tennessee has to offer.

Amber Godwin
Physical Therapist
Amber earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama before earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Tufts University.
She enjoys educating and empowering her patients throughout their rehabilitation journey while getting them back to the things they love to do. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Maverick, exploring the Knoxville area, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide (Roll Tide!).

Winston Fleming
Physical Therapist
Originally from a small town in Virginia, Winston developed a passion for physical therapy after experiencing a knee injury in high school. This experience sparked an interest in helping others recover from injuries and return to the activities they enjoy.
Winston earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of South Alabama in 2026. Outside of work, Winston enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and spending time outdoors with his wife and dog.

Clorissa Verschueren
Physical Therapist Assistant
Clorissa is a Kingston native who graduated from South College in 2022 with her Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.
She loves to be the one to walk alongside her patients during their fitness journey and see them meet their goals. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, leading worship at her church, and traveling.

Braiden Romero
Physical Therapist Assistant
Braiden was born and raised in New Mexico, where he ultimately achieved his education which led to him becoming a PTA. His multi-sport background sparked his interest in Physical Therapy.

Bill Pendergrass
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Bill graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006. Early in his career, he was challenged that there was a different and better way to help his patients than traditional physical therapy. It lead him to pursue postgraduate training in manual therapy and he is currently certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie Certified), Movement with Mobilization (Mulligan Certified) and Trigger Point Dry Needling. Bill practices an integrated manual therapy approach along with specific exercise prescription that allows his patients to achieve their optimal results.
An Oak Ridge native, Bill moved back to the Knoxville area after graduation where he has been working in the Fountain City area for the past 8 years. When Bill is not in the clinic, he is busy with his 6 children!

Caroline Cox
Orthopedic and Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Caroline is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued her studies at South College, where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Caroline's passion lies in treating both orthopedic and pelvic health populations, where she encourages patients to take an active role in their health and healing. She prioritizes holistic treatment, tailoring plans that address not only physical ailments but also resonate with her patients' personal lifestyles, hobbies, and interests. Beyond her professional life, Caroline enjoys hiking, kayaking, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Emily Mikkola
Physical Therapist
Originally from McMinnville, TN, Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Tennessee Wesleyan University, where she was also a member of the collegiate softball team. She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College.
Her background as an athlete cultivated a strong appreciation for movement and performance, which continues to guide her passion for helping patients restore function, prevent injury, and maximize their quality of life. As she grows in her career, she is committed to advancing her knowledge and clinical skills to provide evidence-based, individualized care.
Outside of practice, you can find her playing pickleball and spending time with friends and family, especially her six nieces and nephews.

Erin Brown
Physical Therapist Assistant
Erin is a recent Knoxville transfer from Michigan, and is excited to continue her PTA career with East Tennessee Spine and Sport. She obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Mott Community College in 2017, and her Bachelors of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Michigan - Flint in 2016. Being a dancer from a young age, she has always been interested in how the human body moves, which kick started her love for PT. She has treated in multiple outpatient settings with a specific interest in musculoskeletal diagnoses and post-surgical care. She believes in tailored treatment plans, and addressing the specific goals of her patients. When she's not at work, you can find her spending time with her husband, two dogs (Kade and Harley), and friends, as well as exploring her new home town of Knoxville!

Damon Deopere
Physical Therapist Assistant
Damon graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and obtained his license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2017. While working as a PTA in acute inpatient rehabilitation for a few years, Damon finished school at SIUC with his Bachelor's of Science in Health Care Management in 2020. Damon recently settled into Knoxville from Illinois and is very excited to explore East Tennessee with his girlfriend, Erin, and their dog, Jax. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying physically active, weightlifting, powerlifting, and playing soccer. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and sampling local craft beer.

Kyler Milam
Physical Therapist Assistant
Kyler graduated from Walter State community college and is currently attending ETSU. His passion for helping people is what he attributes to his interest in physical therapy as a career.
In his free time he enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and hanging out with friends.

Jirina Huff
Physical Therapist Assistant
A Minnesota native and proud Marine Corps veteran, Jirina earned her Associate of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from South College. Growing up playing sports, she developed a strong appreciation for movement, competition, and teamwork from an early age. Her time in the Marine Corps further strengthened her values of discipline, perseverance, and serving othersâqualities she carries with her into her career.
She is passionate about helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence so they can return to the activities they enjoy. She believes that every patientâs goals and experiences are unique and is committed to providing individualized care while continuing to grow her knowledge and clinical skills throughout her career.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, family, and friends. She loves being outdoors, whether that means hiking, spending time at the lake, or exploring new places. She also enjoys watching football and cheering on her favorite teams.

Donnie Sharp
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Donnie has been a Physical Therapist in the Oak Ridge area since graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from ETSU in 2004. He is currently certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (McKenzie certification), Mobilization with Movement, Certified Manual Therapy as well as Trigger Point Dry Needling.
Donnieâs interest in Physical Therapy began with a shoulder injury he incurred as a former Division 1 baseball player. His experience with the rehabilitation process in physical therapy left him feeling as though there had to be âsomething moreâ to offer and he has focused his career and post-graduate education on what exactly that might be. He believes that through a combination of manual therapy techniques and a patient -specific care plan he gives the patient ownership of their healing process.
When not in the clinic, Donnie enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their 3 children, Reagan, Dax and Drew. He has enjoyed the experience of coaching their soccer and baseball teams, is an active member of Providence Church and an avid Atlanta Braves fan.

Eric Thomas
Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Eric was born and raised in Knoxville and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Exercise Science. Eric went on to get his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University. Eric is currently certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (the McKenzie Method or MDT) and Trigger Point Dry Needling which he uses to effectively treat a variety of conditions of the spine and extremities.
When not in the clinic, Eric enjoys golfing, traveling, being on the lake, and cheering on the Vols.

Kristi McLaughlin
Physical Therapist
Kristi is a Knoxville native and long time Vol Fan. She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a BS in Kinesiology. She continued her studies at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga where she graduated with her DPT. Her interest in physical therapy sparked in the ninth grade when she received therapy for an ankle injury. She enjoys getting to be a part of the patient's healing process while also building relationships with patients. She enjoys hiking, water skiing, new adventures, and about everything outdoors. She is very excited to be a part of the team at East Tennessee Spine and Sport.

Matt Harp
Physical Therapist
Matt is a native of Corbin, KY. Matt graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with a BS in Biology and continued his studies at Lincoln Memorial University-Knoxville, where he obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025.
Matt's interest in Physical Therapy began as a collegiate athlete, dealing with and rehabbing from various injuries while playing football. When not in the clinic, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and hiking with his wife and his dog.

Natalie Dagley
Physical Therapist
Natalie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in 2026 after completing her undergraduate education at Tusculum University. She believes physical therapy should be a collaborative process and values getting to know each patient beyond their diagnosis. She aims to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where patients feel supported and confident throughout their recovery. Natalie is excited to begin her career with East Tennessee Spine & Sport and serve the community she calls home.
Outside of the clinic, Natalie enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her dog. She loves traveling, being outdoors, and finding new places and activities to explore around East Tennessee.

Zach Paul
Physical Therapist Assistant
Zach Paul- Zach graduated from South College and obtained his PTA license in 2020. His interest in physical therapy came at an early age being a multi-sport athlete all of his life and dealing with injuries and rehab along the way. With experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, and pediatrics, Zach was excited to join the ETSS team in 2021 to further find himself as a clinician by continuing to learn and improve his craft. Zach was born and raised in the small town of Jacksboro, Tennessee graduating from Campbell County High School. When not in the clinic he enjoys hunting, weightlifting, spike ball, cheering on the Vols, and spending time with his family and girlfriend.

Lily Moran
Physical Therapist Assistant
Lily graduated with her PTA license from Roane State in 2026. Her interest in physical therapy was sparked after shadowing at East Tennessee Spine & Sport in high school. She enjoys helping her patients through their rehab process and building relationships with them along the way.
Lily is an Oak Ridge native, amateur pickleball player, and new Vols fan.

Micah Reppuhn
Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Micah has been an integral part of the Spine & Sport team since 2014, beginning his journey with the clinic as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). He earned his bachelorâs degree from East Tennessee State University before graduating with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in 2020.
As a dedicated spine specialist, Micah holds a specialty certification through the prestigious McKenzie Institute, focusing on the Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) approach to deliver highly effective, individualized patient care.
In addition to his clinical work, Micah is a proven leader within the organization. He has served as the Clinic Director for the Bearden clinic since 2022 and successfully assisted with the launch of the South Knoxville location in 2025.
When he isnât helping patients or leading his clinical teams, Micah loves living an active lifestyle outdoors and spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their three children, Jackson, Cooper, and Lila. On crisp fall Saturdays, you can always find him cheering on the Vols.

Amanda Carden-McKinley
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Amanda graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2014 with a B.S.Ed. in Kinesiology. She went on to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at East Tennessee State University in 2017. She is passionate about pelvic health because it allows her to make impactful changes in her patients' quality of life. She has a particular interest in helping patients with pelvic pain. Amanda is a Knoxville native, Vol for life, and spends her free time hiking and traveling the world with her husband and son.

Zane Banschbach
Physical Therapist, McKenzie Certified
Zane earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in 2021. He is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they enjoy through individualized care.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with his family.

Jordan Henry
Physical Therapist Assistant
Jordan began his education at Milligan University where he played baseball before completing a BS in Exercise Science at Tennessee Tech University in 2019. His involvement in sports and weightlifting prompted his interest in pursuing physical therapy as a career. Following a one year stint as a tech at ETSS, Jordan returned to school at Roane State and received his Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2023.

Rachel Durapau

Rachael Durapau is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who earned her degree from Delgado Community College in New Orleans, Louisiana. Born and raised in Louisiana, she recently relocated to Tennessee in October and is excited to continue growing her career with a focus on pelvic health and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Rachel Potter
Clinic Director, Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certified (PRPC)
Rachel was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, and received both her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) and her Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) certification. Rachel has specialized in pelvic health since graduating and is passionate about helping patients better understand their bodies and feel confident in their recovery.
Rachel enjoys treating a variety of conditions that affect the pelvic floor, including pregnancy and postpartum concerns, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis (IC), pelvic organ prolapse, and bowel and bladder dysfunction.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Aimee Halles
Pediatric Physical Therapist
Aimee graduated from Northern Illinois University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. She completed a BS in Psychology from Knox College prior to deciding physical therapy was a better career fit.
She has obtained specialities in dry needling and pregnancy and postpartum care. She is especially passionate about pediatric care and treating kiddos from birth through high school. Aimee was born and raised in Illinois and is enjoying being a recent transfer to the Knoxville area in 2022. When not working, she loves spending time with her friends and family, boating, and reading.

Caroline Hibbs
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Caroline was raised in sunny San Diego California and came to the Knoxville area to attend physical therapy school. Caroline graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College and although initially started in pediatrics, transitioned to pelvic floor while working in orthopedics. Caroline decided to pursue pelvic health full time due to falling in love in helping pregnancy and postpartum patients. She is currently working towards her board certification in pelvic health. When not working, Caroline enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time training her dogs.

Virginia Long
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Virginia Long was born and raised in West Tennessee. She majored in Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Tennessee at Martin and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
Virginia graduated from physical therapy school in 2010 and has treated a variety of populations, including outpatient neuro, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, and pelvic health. She has also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and teaches classes locally. She loves to incorporate her love for yoga into her treatments.
Outside of the clinic, she loves spending time with her husband, Kevin, their three children, and their two Golden Retrievers. She enjoys yoga, reading, baking, and crochet in her spare time.

Marie Chambers
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Marie was born and raised in Moosic, Pennsylvania, and has resided in Louisville, Tennessee, with her husband and children for the past several years. She received her bachelorâs degree from Pennsylvania State University. She later earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Her passion is treating pelvic floor muscle-related issues. She chose to pursue this career path because of her desire to help individuals achieve their best quality of life. She is certified in dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. She is passionate about providing quality care to all patients and is determined to identify the root cause of dysfunction in order to provide the most effective treatment possible!

Maritza Cuevas
Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Maritza Cuevas graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Originally from Loudon, Tennessee, she is passionate about serving the East Tennessee community and helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their bodies.
Her passion for pelvic health grew after becoming a mother and experiencing the changes that can accompany pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. She is committed to helping women feel heard, supported, and empowered while returning to the activities they love.
She uses education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and individualized treatment to help patients reach their goals in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and exploring East Tennessee.
Renee Combs
Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist
Renee was born in Denver, Colorado, and spent half her life there and the other half in Knoxville, Tennessee. She attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, Florida, to pursue her masterâs degree in Occupational Therapy. Renee started her career in pediatrics.
After having her own baby and participating in pelvic floor therapy, she found a passion for the way this type of therapy helps with basic functions that can affect quality of life. Renee has a Trauma-Informed Pelvic Health Practitioner certification and uses it in all her sessions. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and traveling.

Ashlynn Castello
Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist
Ashlynn is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Creighton University where she received her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. During her studies she specialized in research and enjoyed opportunities to engage in and present research on the local and national level.
Professionally, she enjoys treating both Pelvic Health and Neurologic Populations building individualized treatment plans to restore engagement in valued daily activities and routines through holistic care of mind, body, and soul. Outside of work, Ashlynn enjoys spending time with her family and friends playing games, spending time on the water, and eating good (gluten free) food.

Haleigh Owens
Physical Therapist Assistant
Haleigh was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and received her bachelorâs degree in Exercise Science from Carson-Newman University. She continued her education and obtained her PTA accreditation from Walters State Community College.
Haleigh began her physical therapy career as a PT Tech at an outpatient sports rehab, but she was looking for something different and found that pelvic health therapy and pediatric therapy were more of what she wanted to pursue. Her âwhyâ has always been helping patients and cheering them on from start to finish. Haleigh enjoys working with kids and ensuring they get the professional care they need. She strives to continue her education in pelvic health and pediatric health. When Haleigh is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and dog.
